Click & collect: a pharmacy collection checklist
Wait until the pharmacy confirms the order is ready, then check collection hours and what to bring. An order acknowledgement alone is not a collection instruction.
Before leaving home
Check the pharmacy address, its current hours and the latest message. If your order includes a paper prescription, ask about the original. Ask in advance about identification or authorisation if another person will collect.
At the pharmacy
Allow time for any advice or questions. Before leaving, check that you understand storage, use and any follow-up required. If something in the order does not match what you expected, ask the pharmacist before accepting or using it.
